Progress Update: Cart Path Renovations, Wash Cleanup & More!
Our team is continuing to make good progress with the major improvements taking place across our facility and course. The transformation of Camarillo Springs is slow but steady, and we can’t wait for you to see the results!
Renovated Cart Barn & Staging Area – We’ve completely redesigned our golf cart operations area! A brand-new fence now surrounds the cart barn, creating a cleaner, more organized space. The relocated cart staging area means smoother operations and a better flow for everyone starting their rounds. You’ll notice the difference the moment you arrive.
River Wash Cleanup – Our crew tackled a major cleanup of the river wash area, clearing out overgrown vegetation and debris that had accumulated over the years. This wasn’t just about aesthetics – it’s an important step toward better overall irrigation management and improved course conditions.
Revived Pond Feature – We’ve brought an old abandoned pond back to life – and solved a drainage problem in the process! Our team reconfigured this forgotten water feature so that when it rains, water will fill the pond instead of flooding the hole. It’s a win-win: better course playability during wet weather and a beautiful restored landscape feature that adds character to the course.
Cart Path Repairs & Upgrades – We’re systematically repairing and upgrading cart paths throughout the property. Fresh concrete is being poured to replace worn sections, ensuring smoother, safer rides around the course.
Enhanced Landscaping & Amenities – Throughout the property, we’re adding thoughtful touches like new landscaping, fresh plantings, and improved signage.
Good things take time, but our new ownership is working diligently with Western Golf Properties management to make sure everything is executed timely and efficiently. We’re committed to making steady, meaningful improvements that will elevate Camarillo Springs to new heights.
