We’re excited to share some big news: Camarillo Springs is getting a brand-new irrigation system, top to bottom! Our new ownership is making a significant investment in the long-term health and beauty of this course, and it starts with the most important thing beneath your feet, water. A Fresh Start, From the Ground Up Under the direction of our new Course Superintendent, we’re completely replacing and installing a modern irrigation system across the entire course throughout the month of July.
This isn’t a patch job or a quick fix, it’s a full system overhaul designed to give Camarillo Springs consistent, healthy turf for years to come. Our new superintendent brings the plan and the expertise to get this done right, and our ownership is backing that plan with real investment. This is exactly the kind of work that sets the course up for a stronger, greener future.
What to Expect This July:
We won’t sugarcoat it, construction means some rough patches. You may notice thinner turf, some bare spots, and general work-in-progress conditions across the course while crews install the new system. It’s temporary, and it’s necessary. To thank you for your patience while we get this done, we’re offering a special rate all July long: 🏌️ $30 Green Fees, Monday–Thursday, after 10am Golf is still golf, and the course is still open and playable every day. We want to make sure you’re getting a great deal while we work through it.
Green by August:
Here’s the exciting part: by August, we expect the course to be back to vibrant, healthy green condition, with a brand-new irrigation system working behind the scenes to keep it that way. Better coverage, better consistency, and a course that’s set up to thrive through every season ahead.
