Dave Sepulveda started playing golf as a five-year-old and took his first lesson at age seven from Rick Stewart at California Country Club in Whittier, California. He has loved the game always.
Dave started in the golf business in 1974 under former Camarillo Springs Head Professional, Tom Waters. He also worked as a playing professional; he was a member of the National Golf Association and the Golden State Tour, and was a winner in 1995 and 1997.
The main focus of his teaching career has been junior golf. Dave started the junior golf club at Camarillo Springs in 1984 to help kids with the cost of playing and practicing. His support of the athletes at Camarillo Springs is legendary.
Dave has many years of experience with adult groups and private lessons, including over 2,500 adults through the Nike Learning Center in the four years as the Director of Instruction. He received the American Golf Corp. Golf School Certificate of Achievement Award in 1994.
